The OTHM Level 3 Foundation Diploma in People and Organisations has been developed to provide learners with knowledge and understanding of the structure, values, and behaviours of organisations and the management of people. Course requirements

Assessments

The qualification is internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. Learners must meet all learning outcomes and assessment criteria to achieve a pass.
