Course requirements

Applicants should meet the official OTHM entry profile and be prepared to study and complete assessments in English.

  • Relevant Level 3 Diploma or equivalent qualification, GCE Advanced Level in 2 subjects or equivalent qualification, or mature learner status with relevant management experience

  • Learners from non-majority English-speaking countries must provide evidence of English language competency

Assessments

Assessment is based on the successful completion of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria for each mandatory unit. The overall grading type is Pass/Fail.

  • Academic Writing and Research Skills includes coursework for Learning Outcomes 1 to 3

  • Academic Writing and Research Skills also includes a 10-minute presentation for Learning Outcome 4

  • Each of the remaining 5 units is assessed through coursework

  • Learners must meet all assessment criteria to achieve a pass in each unit

Progression
